Weaving

Final Weaving Potential
This is by far my favourite outcome of the entire exercise. I find the organised chaos of the design extremely eye-catching. The weaving exercise is what made the assignment make sense to me...before this just "clicked" i was going around in aimless circles for DAYS! -----------------------------------------------------------------------

I love these two designs (above and below) from an artistic point of view. It took me a while to work out whether or not i could develope anything from them but i thought they were so visually effective that i made a point of including them.

Spiraling

Final Spiral Potential
This came about quite unexpectedly (although I gather that this is the general idea of this exercise). One of the reasons i chose the Spiral exercise is because, honestly, i thought it would be one of the easier options but, as i found, it probably took me longer than the other three. I think is turned out as one of the best, most finalised results.

I lost these pretty materials when i moved to my home PC which (apparently) doesn't have any decent materials)

Everything finally started taking shape...

Packing

Final Packing Potential
I struggled a lot more with Packing. Whenever i thought i was getting somewhere...i would end up taking a wrong turn and find myself looking a something that better represented cracking or even spiralling.
I can really imagine this style of architecture on the site I've chosen (in Eumund).

Cracking

Final Cracking Potential
I found it hard to capture the overall effect of this design as it was (what i saw to be) a multi room indoor and outdoor space. My other designs focused more on one space and were therefore easier to incaptulate. I do think, however, that this style has a lot of architectural potential. I like how it shares its spaces equally between the inside and outside instead of focusing (like many residences) mainly on the interior.

I came about this design (below) by following the "recipe" for cracking in "Tooling" and applying it to the top view of my manipulated module.
